Thinking of retiring? Need help understanding pension options?

JPP members can book a one-on-one session with a pension specialist to discuss retirement options and learn more about their JPP pension.

Sessions are available in person at our Edmonton and Calgary office locations, as well as by phone or virtually through Microsoft Teams.

Members can schedule a session using the online booking tool in Your Pension Profile. The booking link is available on the dashboard.

Preparing for an Information Session

Before the session, please log in to Your Pension Profile and use the Pension Projection Calculator to produce a pension estimate based on a retirement date you wish to discuss.

  • One-on-one sessions offered in person at our Edmonton or Calgary locations, by phone, or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
  • Sessions are 30 minutes long, and available times are listed in the booking calendar found in Your Pension Profile.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is confirmed.

If you are facing a life-changing event related to your pension and dealing with a termination or relationship breakdown, please contact our Member Services Centre at 1-800-358-0840 to discuss this with a pension specialist.
